What to know before reserving, towing, powering, picking up, or receiving equipment from JB Equipment Rental.
How does the rental process work?
Choose your equipment and dates online, enter the renter details, and review your estimate. After your rental is confirmed, pick up the equipment in the Parrish/Palmetto area or receive it by delivery when available within our Manatee County service area.
What equipment is currently available?
The current fleet includes a DEWALT 13,000 starting / 10,500 running watt tri-fuel generator and a 6×12 open utility trailer. Dump trailers are not yet available.
What are the generator rates?
Current daily and multi-day generator rates are listed on the generator rental page and in the booking estimate. Applicable delivery, taxes, and fees are shown separately.
What are the utility trailer rates?
Current daily and multi-day trailer rates are listed on the utility trailer rental page and in the booking estimate. Applicable delivery, taxes, and fees are shown separately.
Which fuels can the generator use?
The generator can operate on gasoline, propane, or natural gas. Fuel supply, connections, total electrical load, ventilation, and safe outdoor placement should be confirmed before use.
What do I need to tow the utility trailer?
You need a compatible tow vehicle, hitch and ball, working trailer-light connection, and valid identification. Payload, hitch-ball size, braking requirements, and tow-vehicle capacity must be confirmed before pickup.
Can equipment be delivered?
Delivery may be available depending on the equipment, address, site access, and schedule. Any delivery fee is shown or confirmed before finalizing the rental.
What happens if equipment is damaged or returned late?
The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental. Documented damage, loss, missing fuel, cleaning, or late-return charges may apply under the signed rental agreement.
What is the cancellation policy?
Contact JB Equipment Rental as soon as plans change. Refund eligibility depends on the notice provided and the terms attached to the confirmed rental.
