Equipment Rental FAQs

What to know before reserving, towing, powering, picking up, or receiving equipment.

What equipment is currently available?

The current fleet includes a DEWALT 13,000 starting / 10,500 running watt tri-fuel generator and a 6×12 open utility trailer. Dump trailers are not yet available.

What are the generator rates?

The DEWALT tri-fuel generator is $150 per day, $425 per week, or $1,000 for four weeks, before applicable delivery, taxes, and fees.

Which fuels can the generator use?

The generator can operate on gasoline, propane, or natural gas. Fuel supply and connection requirements should be confirmed before use.

What do I need to tow the utility trailer?

You need a compatible tow vehicle, hitch and ball, working trailer-light connection, and valid identification. Payload, hitch-ball size, and braking requirements must be confirmed before pickup.

Can equipment be delivered?

Delivery may be available depending on equipment, address, site access, and schedule. Any delivery fee is shown or confirmed before finalizing the rental.

How is availability confirmed?

Published-price equipment can be checked against the online calendar. Quote-only equipment is confirmed directly by our team.

What happens if equipment is damaged or returned late?

The renter is responsible for the equipment during the rental. Documented damage, loss, missing fuel, cleaning, or late-return charges may apply under the signed rental agreement.

What is the cancellation policy?

Contact JB Equipment Rental as soon as plans change. Refund eligibility depends on the notice provided and the terms attached to the confirmed rental.
